Dingle Sea Salt

We moved to the Dingle Peninsula in 2015, forging a friendship through our shared passion for surfing. We needed to rethink how sea salt could be sustainably made in colder climates. We devised a low-carbon method to create a unique sea salt by harnessing the elements we were so familiar with through surfing - the pristine Atlantic waters, combined with the sun & the wind, to produce a great tasting and mineral-rich sea salt in a way that is gentle on the environment.
