Our lockdown business idea was to create easy to make Sri Lankan curry spice kits, preserving our heritage while bringing the amazing flavours to the British dinner table. We buy, roast and hand blend all our spices before packaging the different flavour blends ourselves. Included in the kit are all the spices as well as the coconut milk powder, optional chilli pack & easy to follow instructions, making us very family friendly (& we have it on good authority that the curry's are delicious!).
