Cumbrian Coastal kitchen is based on the coast of west Cumbria. I make jam, chutneys, marmalades and fruit vinegars by hand in small batches using as much as possible Cumbrian grown fruit. The majority of which I grow myself. I sell my products mainly through markets but I also supply a handful of shops.
