Baker Street entrusts a team of specialist bakers in Germany to ensure the authenticity of its wheat & rye bread ('Mischbrot'). The sourdough starter and blend of rye and wheat flour result in a 
loaf with a deep, earthy flavour and light texture. It makes great buttered toast with the added bonus that it is low in fat and a good source of fibre.
