White Peak Distillery

White Peak Distillery is the first full-scale, craft distillery in Derbyshire, on the edge of the Peak District. Its focus is on provenance, heritage and flavour and celebrating the craft of distilling, with the regions first single malt whisky at its core. Set up in 2017 by husband and wife team Max and Claire Vaughan, the Distillery has just launched its first whisky. White Peak also produces a range of small batch Shining Cliff gins and a Cask Aged Derbyshire Rum.
