White Peak Distillery is a full-scale, craft distillery in Derbyshire, producing the regions first single malt whisky. Located at a former Wire Works in the Derwent Valley World Heritage Site, the team is passionate about creating authentic spirits that celebrate the heritage of making. Everything is distilled, matured & bottled on site; a full lifecycle of Derbyshire provenance. Alongside Wire Works whisky, the distillery produces a range of small batch Shining Cliff gins & a cask-aged rum.
