Coffee Knoydart

I am a small batch, artisan coffee roaster based in the idyllic and remote community of Doune, Knoydart in the West Highlands of Scotland. The power I use to roast my coffee is produced from our own hydro and solar panels with us being off grid. I only use compostable/biodegradable packaging and try to recycle everything I buy.
