Oihan txiki co-operative was established in 1991 in the smallest town of Gipuzkoa, Orexa. We make smoked and natural cheese, blue cheese and other products from our latxa sheeps. Nowadays we are 10 workers and our aim is to make a good quality product taking into account our marvelous environment and respecting our animals that are the center of our business. We have a long experience of 31 years making cheese and our objective is to continue creating different products to diversify our offer.
