Working with local communities to produce domestically produced feed through recycling-oriented dairy farming. We do not waste by-products and produce well-balanced feed through effective use of resources. Sen pursues the brightness of life by transforming the gift of "milk" from the cows into the best cheese that brings people and cows together. We will continue to challenge the world as a cheesemaker who uses domestic lactobacillus yeast and brews the land of Japan.
