Sheridans Cheesemongers is owned and run by Kevin and Seamus Sheridan who began selling Irish farmhouse cheese on a market stall in Galway over 25 years ago. Since then, we have grown into three independent shops as well as Dunnes Stores locations. Our core values remain unchanged – a passion for exceptional cheeses and specialty foods, coupled with great customer service.
