Artisan Bakery in the heart of Hampshire. BIA Baker of the Year 2021, BIA Craft Bakery Business of the Year 2022, and BIA Team of the Year 2022. We are an artisan bakery specialising in sourdough breads and pastries, cakes and hot smoked meat sandwiches. We operated 50% direct to consumer through our coffeeshop in Old Basing and 50% wholesale supplying local farm shops, coffeeshops and restaurants.
