England's oldest working trout farm, producing a mixture of brown, rainbow and blue trout, these trout often find their way to other trout farms and fisheries but a large number get used for human consumption. Bilbury Trout Farm have a smokery on site and produce 3 varieties of smoked trout, as well as this, their fresh fish is extremely popular too. All trout and related products are available through the online shop and on the fish counter at their deli.
