Family owned craft rum distillery located in Lyme Regis. Producing high quality British dark rum, wholly made here, using the finest ingredients. Our dark rum is made from Baker's molasses, fermented, twice-distilled & matured on French oak for 4 years. Initially smoky, which gives way to a long finish of caramel, vanilla & coffee. No sugar/flavourings are added. Best served neat or with an ice cube.
