Dr Dough is a micro-bakery based in Prescot, Merseyside making and selling traditional handmade bread to the local community. Dr Dough aims to minimise the environmental impacts of its operations as much as possible, aiming to locally source as many ingredients as possible but primarily supporting local farmers and millers by using their grains and flours.
