Birmingham’s first grain to glass distillery, currently producing a dark, bottle conditioned beer, premium vodka & gin and casking spirit to be Birmingham's FIRST whiskey! Spirit of Birmingham is the brainchild of a family team of 3, who, after years of “talking about it”, took the plunge and made the dream a reality. Fanatical about great ingredients and driven by flavour rather than yield, SoB uses English heritage grain - traditionally floor malted - for all products.
