LOAF loaves are hand crafted and naturally leavened over three days and using local, traditionally milled, organic and ancient grains. Loaf sweet bakes are made from long-fermented local, heritage grains and other organic, diverse ingredients. We use natural sweeteners and do not use any refined white sugar. Our sweet bakes are full of natural goodness, bringing a host of health benefits in each delicious bite.
