Nestled beside a picturesque watermeadow, Fulling Mill charcuterie is based in ‘The Old Bunching Shed’, overlooking the iconic River Test and historic watercress beds by Fulling Mill in Whitchurch, Hampshire. The River Test chalkstream, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), flows alongside, while the surrounding watermeadows, part of the DEFRA Higher Level Countryside Stewardship Scheme, provide a landscape rich in heritage and natural beauty – inspiring everything we do.
