I have an award winning Premium Luxury Dessert Sauce making business in Donegal Ireland. I sell to retail, Supermarkets, independent retailers, specialist deli's, catering and hospitality as well as on line. There are 3 flavours in the line, Caramel, Salted Caramel and Chocolate and Salted Caramel They are gluten free, have a shelf life of 12 months, i use only all natural ingredients and the product is ambient. I am the sole worker in the business apart from occasional part time workers.
