Salt + Smoke is a family run business, borne from a shared ethos to create quality produce from sustainable ingredients. Every stage of the process is carefully undertaken from sourcing the salmon to hand slicing. We use ancient methods to infuse a subtle smokey flavour in a traditional stone smoke shed near the Pembrokeshire coast.
