Mrs McGoo Tablet

Mrs McGoo Tablet is a Scottish sweet confectionery. I hand whisk the tablet and leave it to cool, which creates a slightly brittle and non-grainy texture, with a subtle creamy centre which just melts in your mouth. I grew up making tablet with my Granny and Great Auntie as far back as I can remember. The smell of the freshly made tablet creates wonderful memories for me, as well as my customers when they eat it, they just ‘Melt in the Moment’
