Curds our Whey is a family-run company. When my husband went through cancer and started his recovery, we put a lot of emphasis on our diet. Keeping it simple, healthy and locally sourced and produced was a goal. And having polish roots, processing milk is well known to us. We started with curd cheese but later on established yogurt production.
