We are a small tea business and creator of a special Taiwanese-style candied ginger. My Taiwanese business partner and I from living in Taiwan are incredibly passionate about Taiwanese food and drink and wish to give the UK market an authentic Taiwanese flavour in every bite of our food and sip of our beverages.
