Upper Dysart Larder

A family run business involved in the processing of potatoes and vegetables. With all four children now working in the business we have diversified into a range of tasty, honest and convenient flavoured mashed potatoes as Upper Dysart Larder. We created a base and added a range of locally sourced flavours, taste tested at the kitchen table. The magic of the mash is the packaging, a special valve and cook, seal process gives us a 60 day minimum shelf life with no additives or preservatives.
