Moch Coch

We raise our pedigree Tamworth pigs in extensive free-range environment's on our small farm in Carmarthenshire, Wales, with sustainability, biodiversity and wildlife at the heart of everything that we do. We butcher and naturally cure meats in our on-farm unit and maturation room. Quality is assured at all stages, from the highest welfare standards through to selecting the most natural and simple ingredients for the Moch Coch range of traditional artisan cured meats.
