JB Payne & Family Ltd T/A Shoogle Spirits

As a family, we designed our distillery to support our small-batch ethos, where we create our sustainable spirits in single shot runs using a combination of dried and fresh botanical ingredients. The whole family are involved in production, from macerating spirits, distillation, bottling, labelling, sealing, packing and distribution. Based in Glasgow, the city motivates and inspires us, reinforcing our sense of family and the value of the people and places around us.
