Ffynnon Wen farm

Ffynnon Wen Farm began in 2021 on a family run farm set in the Welsh hills near Llandeilo. We milk sheep on a small scale and Harriet Cooke produces artisan batches of ewes milk cheese. All the sheep live on pastures year round and are milked daily, from April to September. All our cheese is produced at the Food Centre Wales, a wonderful resource for the farm. A year on we have now launched our first ewes milk cheese.
