Inchcolm Distillery Ltd t/a Pochle

Producers of modern Scottish spirits that capture the land and time they are from. Pochle is a zero-waste initiative that makes use of surplus apples from in and around Edinburgh. They hand collect apples from private trees, farms, walled gardens, community orchards and some commercial orchards. These are then pressed into a juice which is fermented to a cider and then distilled into their spirit. This 'eau de vie' is then rested before being bottled as a white spirit.
