Skansen ost is a small farm diary making cheese from goat milk. We live in the mountain in Åfjord almost by our selves. We have 14 milking goats . We started with the traditional cheeses white goat cheese and brown goat cheese. Now we produce Kvit Kathrin, Fjellgeta, Steikost and Selagomme.
