Berkshire Trout

Lucy and Jon Handley took over the farm in 2020. Guided by the sustainability of the farm, they founded the food side of the business in 2021. The online shop sells a small, but delicious, range of fresh, cold and hot smoked trout products. The fish are grown on the extensive and low-stocked farm which is fed by the clear flowing waters of the River Dun. The trout are given as much space as they need to develop and grow, as in the wild, which provides an enhanced and delightful flavour.
