Hello, I'm Sam, the founder of Rise & Grind Roastery. Our mission is simple: to bring exclusive, ethically sourced single origin coffees to the people of Scotland. My journey into the world of coffee began with a transformative experience in Colombia in early 2023. Living and working with coffee farmers there, I saw first-hand the impact our buying decisions have on their lives. This experience inspired me to launch Rise & Grind Roastery.
