Ninefold Distillery

Ninefold Distillery is a boutique rum distillery in southwest Scotland, making award-winning rums from scratch since 2019. Using sugar cane molasses, we ferment, distil, mature and bottle in a beautiful modernised cattle byre on Dormont Estate, Dumfries & Galloway. Our current product line-up includes a vibrant and punchy unaged (aka white) rum, balanced and subtly flavoured spiced rums, and a variety of barrel aged rums from every day sippers to cask strength rarities.
