Rutab was created and influenced by Ross & Baders love of the Middle East. Sourcing the finest Medjool dates from Jordan and helping them undergo a delicious transformation. Each Medjool is infused with handmade fillings, and drenched in tempered Belgian Chocolate. We also have a range of ‘natural’ Medjools where we leave out the chocolate and focus on the fillings, such as Saffron, Cardamom, Walnut & Honey.
