We offer a range of cured meat products from small batch charcuterie business. We farm the rare breed Royal Mangalitsa pig which is ethical reared in County Fermanagh. Its is renowned for its high quality pork and even higher quality fat, this produces a premium product which is a softer melt in your mouth salami.
