Jan is the founder and chief beskuit baker. Jan is a trained chef from South Africa. Expatted across Africa, to California, now settled on the Isle of Man. Wife, mother and more recently, a-wrapped-around-their-fingers, granny. You’ll see my roots in my cooking, reimagined with tastes & flavours from everywhere we’ve lived.
