ÍON Oil is a family-run artisan food producer based in Portarlington, Co Laois, Ireland, set up by us, Andrea and Markus Milley. Having used high quality oils in the kitchen for many years, the idea grew to produce cold-pressed oils as part of the family farm. After years of training and research the rpoduction started in March 2023, ÍON Oil produces 10 different types of organic oils. Also in our range are flours, made from our press-cakes, and high-quality , organic spice mixes.
