At Coosh Micro Bakery we are a small independent bakery establish by Rachel & Tom Egan from their home in 2022. We focus on flavour and quality ingredients in all the products which we produce. Rachel has had extensive training at the school or artisan food in order to create handmade original bakery items such as sourdough, yeasted breads, buns, cakes, viennoiserie and other bakery items. The bakery now employs a team or 6 staff and operates from a retail space on Mapperley high street.
