Long Paddock Cheese is an Australian artisan cheesemaker, based in central Victoria. Our small team of cheesemakers (French, English & Australian) is led by global cheese guru, Ivan Larcher. We make, age & sell a range of mainly French-inspired fine cheeses and fresh dairy products. The Cheese School is the training & technical consulting arm of Long Paddock Cheese. We teach a range of both professional and enthusiast cheesemaking courses, as well as consulting to cheesemakers around the world.
