JJ PARK is a new startup food business specialising in micro-batch Asian-inspired ferments and pickles. We use time-honoured family recipes and select, authentic ingredients from our founder JJ's home island of Yaksan-do in South Korea. Our products are expertly hand-crafted using local produce and real artisan methods at our micro-fermentary in the Chiltern Hills, UK. Our mission is to make food that is good for the taste buds, the gut and the planet, and bring it to homes worldwide.
