Working closely with knowledge providers CAFRE (College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise) at their Loughry campus, I developed a recipe secret passed down through generations and launched my own new original energy drink brand called ‘Shindig’, creating an additional two variations of it. It has no added sugar, no taurine, or any sweeteners – but contains natural flavours and genuine coffee, providing a healthier alternative to the many other similar type products currently on offer.
