Ben Branson, Founder of Seedlip, created independent company Pollen Projects in 2023 to lead the second wave of non-alcoholic drinks. His first project is seasn, the salt & pepper for drinks. Ben spent six years experimenting with herbs and spices to create two intense & delicious liquids to transform all drinks [alc or non-alc] with just three dashes. Launched just 10 weeks ago, seasn is already stocked at The Fat Duck, Luca, Hand & Flowers. We season our food, time to seasn our drinks!
