Ffynnon Honey Fudge

As a beekeeper I produce homemade Ffynnon Honey Fudge using wildflower honey from my locally adapted bees that bees live naturally, and thrive in the unspoilt Carmarthenshire countryside. The honey bees are central to the business. Its aim is to produce a product that can give something back to the environment, rather than taking away from it. At the same time it provides sustainability, and reduces the carbon footprint by sourcing the main ingredients locally.
