We are dedicated to sheep farming and making artisanal cheeses and specialty dairy products, All our products are made from 100% pasteurized sheep milk, free of additives and hand made. We make a variety from fresh to aged cheeses using the best practices to preserve the deliciousnees and nutrition of the sheep's milk.
