At Brine and Smoke, we specialize in the artisan smoking of premium Scottish salmon. We take great care in sourcing our salmon, selecting only the finest from the Wester Ross area and other locations around Scotland.  We craft each batch precisely, using our custom brine, which is made from sea salt and water and it has no added sugar.  Our salmon is hot smoked in small batches using natural oak logs, resulting in a rich, smoky aroma and a creamy, tender texture.
