Located in Fornet-Dessous, in the magnificent setting of the Jura mountains, the Fromagerie Amstutz is renowned for producing exceptional cheeses. Since 1956, this family know-how has been passed down from generation to generation, with an undiminished passion for the art of traditional cheese-making. We use only high-quality milk from local farms in the region, to guarantee the authentic taste and unique texture of each of our cheeses.
