Jay & Joy

Jay&Joy was born from the personal experience of the two founders, who embraced the vegetarian and then vegan lifestyle. The hardest part was giving up their passion for French cheese, as there was no alternative available on the market. It was then, in 2014, that the idea of Jay&Joy came out. Based on ancestral cheese-making techniques learnt from master cheesemakers and cheese maturer, Jay&Joy has developed a unique know-how and now offers a varied range of plant-based alternatives to cheese.
