Sant Elia is a family business which produces single estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Italy and sells in the UK. We also sell and distribute ‘real’ balsamics made by a friend in Modena. These Balsamics contain no vinegar and are produced under the strict regulations of the Consorzio Tutela Aceto Balsamico di Modena. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and distribute through specialist delis and food fairs, and also sell online.
