EAT MALA is about discovery. We introduce food lovers to the lesser-known regional flavours of Chinese cuisine that go beyond the familiar favourites, shining a light on Chinese BBQ - a vibrant and underrepresented cuisine that few outside China know. We exist to spark curiosity and reinvigorate how the world perceives Chinese food, showing just how much more there is to Chinese cuisine - more diverse and richer than many realise.
