The Pie Shop, Moira is the only producer of authentic Scotch Pies in Northern Ireland. Our range of pies are made using a traditional hot water pastry. Each pie is individually hand pressed using a traditional scotch pie machine and filled with the freshest local ingredients. Our chef brings over 35 years of expertise and passion that showcase his dedication to cooking and ensures each bite captures the perfect balance of complimenting classic flavours alongside innovative creations.
