Knight Farming Ltd t/a Motte & Bailey Vodka

We are fourth generation farmers at Hall Farm, Great Canfield where the family has grown potatoes for more than 50 years. We grow a few varieties of potatoes but it's the King Edwards that make the best vodka. We have good Essex clay soils which make for a quality crop of potatoes and we use the misshaped ones for the vodka. These ones don't make the grade for market but still taste just as good. The result is Motte & Bailey, a deliciously smooth premium potato vodka.
