We produce Oysters (Gigas) from Ballinakill Bay, Letterfrack, Co. Galway Ireland We supply the food service industry both at home and abroad. Oyster Farming by its very nature is low impact. As oysters are filter feeders, no additional feed is required and they adapt their flavour from the waters they are grown in. Ballinkill Bay is a well-chosen site with quality Grade A water and the abundance of phytoplankton is key to the production of premium oysters.
