Lion’s Den converts mushrooms into super delicious umami Sauces, Spreads and Condiments. We realised that since becoming plant-based one of the key flavours we missed was Umami - the taste of savouriness or richness - so we are on the hunt to create tasty sauces that pack an umami punch to your dishes. After a kismet meeting with a Mushroom Man in Snowdon we realised that mushrooms are the future.
